Full Groom
This service includes-
Complete head to tail wash using the most suitable shampoo for your dogs coat type
Hand dry with towel followed by hair dyer to make sure they are completely dry
Brush to ensure coat is completely knot free and ready for styling
Cut or clip coat to owner specifications (Hand stripping also available at extra cost)
Removal of hair between pads of feet
Pluck/clean ears if required
Trim nails if needed.
Finished off with either a coat conditioning or fragrance spray(optional)

Time – 1.5-3Hrs Depending on size of dog and coat condition (average 2hrs)
Dogs with long haired coats need to be looked after well. Not only by regular visits to the parlour but brushing in between visits. I offer 2 extra services to help you keep dogs coat in the best possible condition between full grooms– See Wash & Brush &Just Brushing
Matted or knotty coats –
I obviously want to keep your dogs coat to the length and style you like but this not always possible with matted coat
Dogs with matted or knotty coats take much longer to fully groom
It can be very uncomfortable or distressing for the dog (Although I try to be as gentle as possible)
If the coat is severely matted it may require the coat to be fully clipped off (please see Grooming Policy)
This may incur a surcharge
Bath & Brush
You may not always feel your dog needs to have their coat cut or may just want them to smell a bit nicer. This is also a good way to help make sure long haired coats stay knot free.
This service includes-
Complete head to tail wash using most suitable shampoo for your dogs coat type
Hand dry with towel followed by hair dyer to make sure they are completely dry
Brush to ensure coat is completely knot free
Removal of hair between pads of feet- if time allows
Finished off with either a coat conditioning or fragrance spray (optional)
Price – from £25 depending to coat condition and time taken
Time – 1-2.5hrs Depending on size of dog and coat condition
Bathing (short haired dogs)
This is short haired dogs – Chihuahua, Jack Russell, Pug, Dash hound, Beagle, Pointer, Bulldog, Boxer and many many more
This service includes-

Trim nails if needed.
Brush to remove dead/loose hair in coat
Finished off with either a coat conditioning or fragrance spray(optional)

Time – 45in-1.5hrs depending on size
Just Brushing
For those that find it hard to find time to brush their dogs between visits I offer a simple brushing service. Your dog must be dry for this service.
If you are local and are happy to pay a petrol fee I can also offer a home visit brushing service. This will only be offered at the beginning or end of a day.
This service includes-
Brush to ensure coat is completely knot free
Finished off with either a coat conditioning or fragrance spray (optional)
Price – £10
Time – 30 Minutes Over this will incur a surcharge
This service is works best if done regularly. I would recommend a minimum of every 2 weeks.
Puppies
It is advisable to get your puppies used to the grooming process as soon as possible. The younger they start coming the more likely they are to learn to enjoy the experience
I highly recommend owners to get their dogs used to the grooming process as much as possible at home. please see below for a list of ways you can do this.
First visit - from at least a week after their second injection.
This service includes- Gentle introduction.
Come along meet the beagles, have some treats, a play and investigate the grooming parlour.
Get them up on the table so I can run my hands on over them, picking up feet, looking in ears etc
Provided they are still happy at this point I will gently brush the coat through
Finished off with either a coat conditioning or fragrance spray (optional)
Depending on how happy they are I will turn the hair dryer on at some point the get them used to sound and feel
Price – £10
Time – 30Minutes
Second visit - leave at least 2 weeks after the first visit.
This service includes- Gentle introduction.

Nails
Nail cutting is part of the full groom but can be requested as part of the Wash and Brush or Brushing or on its own if that’s all you require.
Price – £10 Same price for other animals
Time – 10Minutes
Collection
I appreciate not all dog owner can drive or you may work full time so you may have difficulty bring dogs to be groomed. I offer a collection service in the local area. Dogs will be collected either on my way into work or during my lunch break and will be dropped home either on my lunch break or on my way home depending on when they are ready. This is within a 3 mile radius of the parlour
Price - £5mininum and 45p per mile based Sat Nav quickest route
Walking
If you would like your dog to have a full pamper experience and have a fun walk before being groomed. They will be walked with my dogs so they can also make some new friends. This will is subject to availability so please speak to me when booking your groom.
If you would like your dog walked on a regular basis please contact me to dicuss.
Price - £15 per hour per dog (maximum 4 dogs)
Not Just Dogs
It is not only dogs that need grooming some cats, rabbits or even guinea pigs also require it. I am happy to take all animals that require grooming or just need their nails clipping. House rabbits in particular need their nail cutting on a regular bases.
Although I will bath rabbits and guinea pigs if needed, please think carefully before asking for this. It is a very stressful experience for them and whilst I take everycare it is done at the owner risk.
